However, i-com.ro reserves the right to monitor content on this site and i-com.ro Services and to remove content which i-com.ro, in its sole discretion, determines to be harmful, offensive, or otherwise in violation of this Acceptable Use Policy.

You acknowledge and agree that copyrights, trademarks, service marks, patents, trade secrets, and other proprietary rights and laws protect all content and materials available on this site. USER'S GRANT OF LIMITED LICENSE

INTERNET RELAY CHAT RULES

You must not use any programs that may or will interfere with another's use of this site or i-com.ro Services. You must not run any Internet Relay Chat ("IRC") robot on any IRC server. When logged into any IRC server, you must comply with the rules and policies established by that IRC's service administrator.

DIAL-UP USE RULES

When accessing i-com.ro Services via dial-up, you must not use i-com.ro Services to operate server programs, including but not limited to, mail, IRC, ftp or Web servers. You must not use dial-up access on a standby or inactive basis in order to maintain a connection. The use of automated electronic or mechanical processes to maintain a constant connection, such as the use of an auto-dialer, persistent checking of e-mail or "pinging" the host, are prohibited.

TERMINATION

i-com.ro reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to terminate or temporarily suspend your access to i-com.ro Services or any portion thereof at any time, without notice, in the event you violate any terms, conditions or notices contained in this Acceptable Use Policy. In the event of such termination, you will not receive any refund or credit for the amounts paid to i-com.ro. Additionally, termination for violation of this policy may also result in termination charges being assessed against you.

This Authorized Use Policy is subject to, and shall be construed and enforced in accordance with the Romanian Law without regard to its choice of law principles, and any disputes hereunder shall be brought in the court choose by i-com.ro Servicii Internet SRL.

Please send reports of any activity in violation of this Acceptable Use Policy to abuz@i-com.ro. i-com.ro will investigate incidents involving such violations and may involve and willcooperate with law enforcement officials if a criminal violation is suspected. Any such violation may result in criminal and civil liability.

Generally, any complaints you may have regarding unlawful use, e-mail abuse, copyright infringement or system or network security issues should be sent to abuz@i-com.ro.
